First buyer look through and we’re not on the market officially yet

It’s kind of scary and overwhelming.

I want them to love it. I hope we’re pricing it right to attract a buyer PLUS a get a good price.

Maybe they won’t even like it?

A friend’s hubby has a work mate looking for a property like ours so we’ve even got a second possibly there.

The big nervousness is how will the timing work out with completion of our me Rosie House?

At least the cat is relaxed.
